Beach Wedding Schedule

After arriving in Honolulu, you will call us at Lei Wedding, and confirm the pick-up time from your hotel or arrival time at the beach (if providing your own transportation).

We will arrange gown/groom's attire, wedding meetings, final confirmation, and pay the balance.
* Please pay the balance by cash in US dollars, Traveller's check, credit card, (JCB, VISA, MASTER). Please note that payment in Japanese Yen is not possible.

<Hair Makeup>
About 2 hours to 1 and a half hours before the wedding time, the hair make-up staff will visit your room and do hair make - up (optional).

<Departure by limousine>
From your hotel , depart to the church (wedding hall) by limousine .

<Ceremony>
After arriving at the church (ceremony hall), a simple rehearsal will be held.

~ WEDDING ~
Ceremony start, admission ~ Bible reading ~ Oath words ~ Ring exchange ~ Oath kiss ~ Sign the marriage certificate. (The wedding time is about 15 to 20 minutes.)

After the ceremony, we will take a flower shower (option) and take a photo in the garden of the church (option).

<Departure from the church (wedding hall)> We
will send you to the hotel by limousine.

<If you apply for beach photography (optional) after the wedding>
Depart from the church and head to the beach.
* Depending on the wedding time, it is possible to take a picture of the beach before the wedding.
* If shooting on the beach is not possible due to the weather, the shooting may be changed to the hotel where you are staying.

<Photographing on the beach>
A beach shot unique to Hawaii as a memory of the wedding.

<After shooting on the beach>
We will send you to the hotel.
* If you plan to have a party after shooting the beach, we will send it to the restaurant.
(There is no additional charge for restaurants in Waikiki. Please contact us for other restaurants.)
